Professor David Lloyd MBBS MD FRCS qualified in 1980 at St. Georges Hospital in London. He went on to become a fellow of The Royal College of Surgeons in 1985 and continued his training in London, Chicago, Hamburg and Leicester where he is a full time Consultant Surgeon.
His passion for the advancement of surgery has caused him to receive international acclaim for his work. He contributes at the British & American Hernia Society meetings and participates in the training programmes of his junior staff and other senior level surgeons across the country. His innovative laparoscopic techniques have been adopted by other surgeons in his field in the treatment of conditions affecting the Liver, Spleen, Gall Bladder and Groin.
